All My Tech is an online hub for tech brands, accessories, and gadgets for people who have knack for getting their tech needs met from a reliable source. AMT was started about 10 years ago and since has established itself as the go-to platform for all tech related needs.
All My Tech’s existing brand was selling them short. With multiple tech eStores in the digital space, our client needed a fresher take on their brand to reinforce their brand name, uniqueness and boost their sales through social media. It was time for a little spin on their digital presence to better communicate All My Tech’s personality and unique story.
They wanted to in still a sense of loyalty, trust, and the real connection to their customers that you don’t typically see in the in the tech e-commerce space. And functionally, the brand needed to create a more cohesive experience across their website, increase sales and a stronger presence in the market.
We refreshed the brand with an updated logo, the entire visual assets consisting of color palette and UX/UI design. We also re-designed and re-built their current website for an interactive and easy-to-use platform.
The world of tech gadgets is crowded with competition, in which everyone appears to be following the same trend of clutter, causing confusion in the name of providing information. Resultingly, we wanted to stand out from the crowd and make our brand's concept more sophisticated. We wanted it to standout statistically, visually and digitally.
With the full rebranding, we decided to communicate All My Tech’s values — seamless, fast, and reliable. We created a strategy, logo design, and identity materials to help launch the new voice while reflecting its values.

From the logo design to AMT’s voice that encapsulated key brand attributes, and finishing with brand identity and digital experience, we assisted All My Tech in visually connecting with their target buyer personas that we carefully redefined for the brand.
On the homepage, we purposefully prioritized the products with engaging deals to hook its core audience and set the site layout in a way that prioritizes customer’s journey.
Being a Tech e-commerce store, the site had to be centered around its customers which is why their experience was of utmost importance. The website was inspired by a modern approach to content, with a dash of fresh vibes without a hefty pour of information architecture. It is focused on having simple paths to navigation and placing order.
The site speed, user interaction, effective navigation was all kept in mind to aid the user’s journey.
Through content and design, we aimed to create a more emotional connection with All My Tech’s primary customers. We fully aligned the new website to the rebranding so to harmonize the online and offline environments completely.
Once the rebranding, communications and a refreshed website was all set, it was time to let the customers know. All My Tech’s all new look was driven by a strong social media relaunch campaign that put the brand’s new look at the centre stage. The goals for this campaign were:

Following a carefully crafted relaunch strategy, the client saw significant improvements in their performance, both in sales and website traffic, as well as good brand sentiment in their social media space.
The campaign focused on a variety of AMT buyer personas and drew them in with targeted content that appealed to their tech needs. AMT's daily average revenue surged by 23.5%, daily online traffic jumped by15%, and traffic from only mobile devices increased by 10.4%, thanks to contests, sale hypes, and content variety on both Instagram and Facebook. The average content reach increased to 4k as a result of the refreshed social media strategy, along with an increase in positive attitude toward the brand. Working closely with the client’s team, our aim was help the brand realise its full potential via is visual and digital assets.
